Visiting Hong Kong for the first time? Here are 10 things you should consider doing.
We arrived Saturday, August 8 for our two-week vacation on Cape Cod. This year we are staying in Harwich, as we couldn’t find a house in Falmouth that would accept a pet. The house we are renting this year is very nice, and here are some pictures of the inside. Lovely 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, 2 decks for outdoor living, and right near the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
Uhhhh, we have arrived, let the fun begin. Falmouth is such a beautiful place, this is a picture I took on my morning walk. Doesn’t get any better than this.
Sadly, our vacation has come to an end. We had a great time, the weather was awesome, and we got to spend time with friends and family. Here is the last picture from our vacation, the five of us in front of our vacation home (Lizzie’s first Cape Cod vacation!).
And here are some pictures from Friday, another beautiful day on the Cape. All in all, we had about 12 out of 14 days of sun shine, so not too bad. We are already looking forward to our next Cape Cod vacation, and can’t wait to start planning it.
This morning, we went running (the boys and I) to the beach, about 1.5 miles. I felt horrible, but Alexander felt fine, and Christopher did really well. I am taking tomorrow off, but will run again on Friday. Here are some pictures from the beach, not the best of days, but not the worst either.
And here are a couple nice pictures of the Gabriellas, Ames’ and MacDonalds.
Alexander and I went for a run today, my first run in about a year. Ran 1.5 miles, in 17:51 – hopefully it can only get better from here!
Today we spent some time exploring Woods Hole (home of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute), and Falmouth. Here is a picture of the girls and Carol in front of Nobska Lighthouse, and then the girls in front of a cigar store Indian.
More postings tomorrow.
Aah, how nice it is to be on the beach, soaking in the sun. Here are the girls and the boys, I’ll post some pictures of the house later.
Und hier sind die ersten Bilder vom Haus (man kann auch hier mehr Info erhalten):
